Returns & Exchanges

At NONNA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged items. Our goal is to ensure your curated wardrobe fits perfectly and meets our high standards of quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached inside the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our studio, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
